Summer Newsletter 2006

I am in grade four. I really like school, my teachers and all my friends.

Last summer I got a puppy (Shi-Tzu). She is now 8 months old and her name is Buddy. She is a lot of fun. We take her just about everywhere we go. I even took her to school for show and tell. And let me tell you she was very popular. Mom and I took her to puppy classes but she was so nervous that she hid under a chair most of the time. At the end she received a certificate anyway.

In the winter I enjoy ice skating with my dad, building forts and just having fun in the snow (in Winnipeg we get a lot of snow). In the summer my very favorite thing to do is going to the beach. My dad and I do a lot of biking around where we live.

The last couple of winters we went to Mexico for a holiday. I really enjoyed the beach and all the fun things we did there.
