My Trip to China

For March break, my family and I went to China. It was a great experience. I had made new friends and I have a pen pal. I am writing about my favorite part of China. My favorite part of China was when i met my pen pal. Her name is Niu. The pen pals school was right across from our hotel and it was in Beijing. Beijing is so cool. There’s the Olympics coming up and so much advertising. I love sports. First we did some kind of show for them and they did one for us. We went and did some paper folding, learning how to write in Chinese, played outside two-legged race, skipping with the skipping ropes, on the last day, we had a supper with them and a good bye China P-A-R-T-Y. There was a clown and we had cake. My 3 god mom and god dads were there and my uncles and aunts. The restaurants were good. I visited my orphanage. It was kinda weird being there. Kinda weird seeing it again. But it was fun. With the president of the orphanage, we all went out for lunch. The restaurant was beautiful and the meal was delicious. On the tables they had this big round thing to put all the plates on there with the food and you turn it around to pass the food around. It was a great trip.
