My Trip back to China

My name is Donna Wood and I went to China and it was great there.  Even the plane ride was fun. 

Before going to China, I thought it was going to be all factories because everything I see in Canada says "Made in China".  But it wasn't really like that in China.  We didn't see any factories.  I was happy to see all the McDonalds and Pizza Hut stores. 

In China there are a lot of old houses but not as many cars and some of the towns looked are kind of dirty.  In one village we saw people washing their clothes in the river.  It was old village where they teach you about history. There is a really big wall in China called the Great Wall of China. In some villages you can see people making cloth.

It was a real experience and adventure. I was glad I went because it was fun and exciting and we got to see lots of people.  There are people on the streets selling stuff and they kept saying to my mom "lady, lady, you like, you like?" 

I got to see my orphanage.  They treated me like it was my birthday.  If anyone wants to go to China it would be a really good idea.
